Hello Dear friend, my name is Jason C. Brown. Thanks for stopping by. My work (and this site) is devoted to sharing ideas, tools and resources that will help you design a creative physical practice & enjoy it forever.
I’ve done all the hard work…U.S. Marine with Black Belts in several martial arts. And although I’ve always been a playful person & movement teacher, my purpose now is drive home the importance of a play-based, creative approach to movement, physical education, athletic development & learning.
I invite you, whether you’re an artist, an athlete, maker or mover to join me in testing, creating and experiencing the power of a play-based, creative approach to learning and loving human movement.
