I’m a huge fan of using animal movements for BJJ (Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu) and grappling conditioning. Animal movements are also a very developmental way to train people that want a different type of workout. I like my Kettlebell training workouts for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to be short, focused, fun and intense.
Most of my workouts, unless they’re a pure Kettlebell Flow for BJJ consist of a kettlebell and bodyweight exercise combination.
Here’s a quick 3 minute for you to try:
Kettlebell Snatches 3R/3L
Screw-ups 3R/3L
Alternate these 2 exercises for 1 minute. You should be able to run through each exercise twive before the minute runs down. Shoot for more next workout!
