This is another of our BJJ Workouts Pull-up challenges. This time we’re using one of our favorite no-gi conditioning tools, the Grapple Grip.
Our previous record was 12 reps, on this video Ricardo Migliarese of Balance Studios in Philadelphia tops it by quite a few reps. This was also after the previous pull-up challenge and an hour BJJ training and rolling with Tim Hart of Gracie 360.
